1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 456bdt website located at 456bdt.vip and all associated services, games, and features accessible through it.
• "User" / "you" / "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 456bdt platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the 456bdt platform.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated account balance held by a User on the platform for the purposes of placing wagers and receiving winnings.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a User using funds from their 456bdt Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a User's account by 456bdt that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be turned over through eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which 456bdt may request supporting documentation from Users.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the 456bdt platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 456bdt.vip, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the 456bdt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use the 456bdt platform and must cease access immediately. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 456bdt platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied by the User at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 456bdt strictly prohibits minors from registering, depositing, or participating in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where such access would expose 456bdt to legal liability.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a current employee or contractor of 456bdt or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have previously been excluded from the 456bdt platform through a self-exclusion request or administrative ban.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 456bdt platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 456bdt operates as an international offshore platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific country or region.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 456bdt services, Users must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Each User is permitted to hold one account only. The existence of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual — identified by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 456bdt will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by the User's failure to keep their credentials secure.

You must notify 456bdt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. 456bdt reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

• All registration information must be provided in good faith and must accurately reflect the User's real identity.
• Users must update their account information promptly if any registered details change.
• 456bdt may, at its discretion, require Users to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Accounts found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information will be closed and all balances forfeited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 456bdt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are supported:

456bdt does not accept third-party payments. The name on the payment method used must match the name on the 456bdt account. Deposits made from a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests will be processed only after any applicable Bonus Wagering Requirements have been fulfilled and KYC verification has been completed where required. 456bdt reserves the right to request supporting documentation (e.g., a copy of the registered mobile wallet statement) before approving any withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

456bdt offers promotional bonuses to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out below:

• Bonus funds are credited to the User's account alongside real money funds. Real money is wagered first unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward the wagering requirement. Game contribution percentages vary by game type and will be detailed in the specific promotion terms.
• 456bdt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled before a User has completed the wagering requirement, the bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be removed from the account.
• Each User is entitled to claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• 456bdt reserves the right to deny, reclaim, or void bonuses — and to close the associated account — where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus has been obtained or used fraudulently or in bad faith.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the 456bdt platform are final once confirmed. 456bdt is not liable for errors made by the User in placing a wager, including incorrect stake amounts, incorrect selection of markets, or incorrect game parameters.

For sports betting, the following rules apply:

• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs (for cricket), 456bdt will apply the rules of the relevant sport's governing body to determine settlement. Where no governing body ruling exists, 456bdt's trading desk determination is final.
• 456bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets affected by a technical error that produced clearly incorrect odds.
• Maximum bet limits per market apply and are displayed at time of bet placement. 456bdt reserves the right to limit stakes for individual Users at its discretion.

For casino games (live dealer, slots, and specialty games), all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 456bdt does not control or influence the outcome of any individual game round.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 456bdt platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documents.
• Operating more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated wagering designed to exploit the platform or other users.

• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 456bdt staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the 456bdt platform without express written authorisation.

9 Responsible Gaming

456bdt is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users. The platform provides the following tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Outs: Users may take a temporary break from the platform for periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month. During a time-out, access to all gaming functionality is suspended.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to a User's use of the 456bdt platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 456bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the sole governing language for the purposes of interpretation, construction, and dispute resolution.
